COOLSCHOOLS is an applied-research project aiming to analyze the multiple co-benefits of implementing nature-based solutions (NbS) for climate adaptation in school environments. We will explore how these nature-based climate school shelters can act as drivers of transformation at larger urban scales through an inter- and transdisciplinary approach that puts the focus on the needs and views of children and youth.
